LOWER SCHOOL PARENT
My kiddos started at Salem this year. My littlest is in PreK with Mrs. Kyles and has grown leaps and bounds already. She's more respectful, she is learning quickly, and she loves school. My oldest is in 4th grade with Mrs. Smejkal and he absolutely adores her. He isn’t one to be outgoing and make new friends but all of these kids have welcomed him in with open arms and he has more friends now than ever.

I still remember the first day we toured Salem Christian. I was moved just listening to the teachers and administration explain their learning and disciplinary strategies. Now, as a parent, I've seen how these teachers use mistakes and misbehaviors as opportunities to shepherd a child's heart - not without consequences - but without shame and with a loving arm to guide them to something better.
